Miley Cyrus Brings Bangerz Tour to London After Hospitalization

Miley Cyrus is back and better than ever – at least according to her British fans, who took in the controversial singer’s first show since her hospitalization.

Cyrus, 21, brought her Bangerz tour to London’s O2 arena on Tuesday night. The pop star wore a Union Jack leotard (An ode to Ginger Spice, perhaps?) and encouraged concertgoers to join in on the raunchy revelry, including her usual twerking and tongue wagging.

“She got loads of people of the same sex to snog in the audience and put them on camera on a giant screen and made a speech about how we should all just ‘be ourselves,'” one source told the Daily Mail. “She said she ‘hopes we are all drunk and on loads of pills.'”

The show marked Cyrus’s return to the stage after suffering a severe allergic reaction to antibiotics. The trouble began April 15, when she was rushed to the hospital after receiving medication for the flu. The illness left Cyrus bedridden and forced her to postpone the remainder of her U.S. tour dates.

After Tweeting her excitement all week long, Cyrus commemorated her comeback with an Instagram.

“but first…. #letmetakeaselfie #bangerztourselfie,” she captioned the photo, which shows her infamous tongue and the packed arena.
