Justin Bieber’s Mug Shot Released

Justin Bieber – who was arrested early Thursday morning for DUI and drag-racing in Miami – looks pretty pleased with his photo opp. His flipped up hair and red v-neck jail uniform showcase his famous smile in his main mug shot, but he looks a little more serious in his profile image.

During a press conference Thursday, a spokesman for Miami Beach Police said that the arresting officer “smelled odor of alcoholic beverage” on the pop star.

According to the police report, Bieber, 19, was not cooperative.

Cops say they’ll charge the pop star, who is Canadian, with DUI, no valid driver’s license out of the state of Georgia, and resisting arrest without violence.

They also said he admitted during the DUI investigation at the police station that he had consumed alcohol, had been smoking marijuana and had taken prescription medication.

Bieber was driving a rented Lamborghini at the time, police sources said.

The singer is also under investigation for allegedly throwing eggs at a neighbor’s home in Los Angeles several weeks ago.
