The nutritionist will share tips to lose kilos without dying of stress or anxiety. Just change some daily habits

Make at least five meals a day: three major (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and two snacks (mid-morning and mid-afternoon).

Do not skip meals, all are important!

– Use small plates and pour yourself small portions.

– When you go to the supermarket, make a list before food you require and no scrolling through every aisle.

– Do not buy if you are hungry, otherwise, everything you crave and will buy more things.

– Avoid eating food off the television or computer, because they usually do not realize how much you consume.

– Enjoy your food, eat slowly and quiet. Stop eating before you feel too full; remember satiety takes approximately 20 minutes to arrive.

– Exercise! At least 30 minutes, 5 days a week. Choose activities that you like walking, climbing stairs, jogging, running, dancing, biking, etcetera.

– It takes eight to ten glasses of water a day naturally.

– Keep track of your weight. Weigh yourself every week to see the progress and stay motivated.

Avoid these foods:

– Sugar in any form, juices, soft drinks.
– Pasta and rice.
– Potato, corn.
– Flour or products.
– Sugar substitutes or light products.
– Corn oil: Use only the essentials for cooking.
– Dairy: Avoid whole milk, cream, butter and high-fat cheeses like Manchego, yellow, cream, goat, Swiss.
– Creamy dressings.
