Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Apollo Nida Charged with Bank Fraud

The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Apollo Nida, the handsome husband of Housewife Phaedra Parks, has reportedly been charged by federal authorities with bank fraud and identity theft.

Nida was named in a Jan. 21 criminal complaint from the U.S. District Attorney’s office, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

The paper reports that Nida allegedly created fake companies and then used access to credit reporting databases to locate individuals whose names he used to fraudulently open bank accounts and obtain loans, authorities claim.

As Real Housewives fans know, this isn’t the first time Nida has been in trouble with the law. He served time in prison from 2004-2009 for auto title fraud, according to Zap2It.

Parks, an entertainment attorney, and Nida married in 2009, after his release. They have two sons, Ayden and Dylan.
