4. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables:

Fruits and vegetables contain a great amount of essential nutrients that are necessary for fitness and overall wellbeing. Visit a farmers market frequently so that you can buy fresh vegetables and fruits. Fruits are the best option to eat in the breakfast. As fruits and vegetables contain disease-fighting nutrients, your immunity is improved. Include vegetables in your daily meals for a healthy and fit body.

5. Mindful eating:

Eating food just because you are ‘supposed to’ eat, boredom eating, comfort eating, emotional eating, night eating, having junk food and packaged food frequently, eating high calorie and oily food are all bad habits that results in weight gain. Stay away from these habits and start mindful eating. Keep in mind that, whatever you eat must contribute to your energy level, fitness and wellbeing.
