Miley Cyrus Unfollows Fiancé Liam Hemsworth on Twitter
In a troubling sign for an already volatile couple, Miley Cyrus unfollowed her fiancé, Hunger Games star Liam Hemsworth, on Twitter on Saturday.
The singer, 20, has had a turbulent relationship with the Aussie actor, whom she met on the set of her 2010 movie The Last Song.
Among the many recent reports of trouble: Hemsworth wasn’t pleased about his her twerking performance at the MTV Video Music Awards.
Still, Hemsworth continues to follow Cyrus on Twitter. Not so Cyrus – so far with no explanation.
The couple got engaged in May 2012, but decided earlier this year to postpone their wedding.
Cyrus was subsequently seen out without her 3.5-carat Neil Lane engagement ring but soon it was back on her hand and the couple were reunited in July in Canada, where Hemsworth, 23, was shooting his new movie Cut Bank.
Hemsworth was reportedly in Las Vegas on Saturday night for the Floyd Mayweather vs. Canelo Alvarez boxing match – and is still following Cyrus in Twitter – while Cyrus has been traveling to build buzz – and controversy – for her upcoming album Bangerz out next month.
Her naked video for her new song, “Wrecking Ball” has racked up more than 90 million views on YouTube.
