Basic Yoga Poses for Women

In today’s hectic life, everybody is advised to practice yoga poses to keep themselves healthy for a longer period of time.

When it comes to yoga women poses, it is advised to start with some basic poses and then move up to advanced poses. A very simple exercise to follow just after getting awake is to sit on a mat and hug your knees. Then lift your legs high in the air and hold this position till your head clears.
