Cut out Junk Food

That’s right, it’s time to bite the bullet and really let go of the foods that don’t serve our bodies well.  Intuitively we all know what those foods are; the simple sugars, white flour, processed, refined foods that don’t nourish and rebuild healthy cells.

I know for many of us this is a hard change to make, as we cling to our  comfort foods that make us feel good; sweets, carbs and simple sugars. But if we realize substituting more fruits, vegetable, whole grains and plenty of water into our diet, we will actually look better.  Our skin will show a more youthful glow. We will be getting more anti oxidants into our bloodstream to counteract the free radical damage that happens from our environment and poor food choices.

Move Your Body Every Day  

It doesn’t really matter what form or exercise you do as long as you are moving your body. Find something that you like to do, that makes you feel good doing it and do it! the The key to creating more vibrancy is being consistent. Commit to yourself that you will choose something each day that moves your bones, and enjoy doing it. You will feel energized, happier and look better.

Get Plenty of Sleep

Studies have shown that most people are not getting enough sleep each night.  Our bodies are not having the necessary time to replenish and repair from the stress and strains of our hectic days.  Determine what is the right amount of sleep for you to feel good during the day and commit to turning out the lights.
