Bieber out of his SUV plants a kiss on a passing fan on the cheek

Justin Bieber was seen riding around on in LA on Monday, and popped his head out of his SUV to attract some passing fans, one of whom he kissed on the cheek.

Wearing a Brixton Supply hat and a hoodie, the singer looked to be enjoying every moment of the encounter and seemed to have spent quite a while with the ladies.

Perhaps he is trying to clean up his tarnished image and beat the bad rap he’s received over the last few months.

In fact, he picked up the Champ Of Charity trophy at the 2014 Young Hollywood Awards at The Wiltern in Los Angeles.

Justin, 20, worked the crowd into a cheering roar as he hugged his very special presenter, Make A Wish recipient Grace Kesablak.

Meanwhile, Selena has been having some of her own fun and spending a lot of time with Cara Delevingne.

It has been reported by The Daily Star that Selena’s ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber is ‘jealous’ of her  relationship with Cara Delevingne.

‘Justin has called Cara on more than one occasion, wanting to know what’s going on,’ an insider told  the newspaper, following the model’s split with actress Michelle Rodriguez.

However, Selena is ‘just having fun with a new pal’ said the insider.

Selena was also seen getting close to businessman Tommy Chiabra while celebrating her 22nd birthday in Saint Tropez.

Whether the businessman and Selena are dating or not, he has certainly done a lot to help the Come And Get It star forget about her on and off relationship woes with Justin.

Justin has had numerous run-ins with the law culminating in his arrest in Miami Beach earlier this year – after which he was placed on two years probation, ordered to pay a hefty $80,000 fine and complete anger management classes and serve five days of community service.
