Punctuality in your sleeping habit: A normal, active and healthy person will need a sleeping duration of 8 hours. These 8 hours will help you to relax your mind as well as your body. You have to sync the body with this cycle and are the most vital strategical method to make your sleeping habit punctual. Maintain the same time of sleeping pattern as this is make your mind punctual and within few days your mind and brain will get used to this timing and you will not take much time on bed simply moving positions, so as soon as you go to bed within fee minutes you will fall asleep and you can get solid eight hours of sleep.
