Poor circulation – Poor circulation is also known to result in these fat deposits. This is the reason why many experts recommend massaging the affected area to treat this condition.

From the above list of what causes cellulite, it is known that a healthy diet rich in essential fatty acids (EFA’s) can help us get rid of these fats. However, there are other factors that can help you get rid of cellulite.
Exercise – Exercise that targets the affected area can help eliminate these fat deposits. For instance cardiovascular exercises such as swimming, walking, and cycling are said to burn calories, tone the body, and increase circulation.
Massage – Massaging the affected area with a massage is also known to kill cellulite. Massagers are known to increase circulation where the fats are deposited.
Topical treatments – There are ointments and creams that are intended to get rid of cellulite.
