Ingredients
  • For the dark test you will need
  • 600 grams flour
  • 200 grams margarine
  • 200 ml. milk
  • 350 grams sugar
  • 1 baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • For the light dough you will need:
  • 5 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • For the filling you will need:
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 3 bags (120-150 grams) vanilla pudding
  • 14 tablespoons sugar
  • 250 grams of margarine
  • 200 grams of powdered sugar
  • Juice of one lemon
  • For the glaze you will need:
  • 150 grams of cooking chocolate
  • 5 tablespoons oil
Instructions
  1. Step 1: Start with preparation of the dark crust.
  2. In a bowl add the flour, sugar, butter, milk, cocoa powder and baking powder; knead dough from these ingredients.
  3. Divide the dough into two parts; you will need them for two equal crusts.
  4. From the two dough parts roll a crust. Bake each crust at 200°C for about 7-8 minutes. Be careful not to overcook the crust, if this happens the crust will be firm and breakable.
  5. Step2: Preparation of the dark crust. First beat the eggs; add the sugar, flour and baking powder in the beaten eggs. Bake in the same baking pan for about 8 minutes at 200°C.
  6. Leave the crusts to cool after they are baked.
  7. Step 3: Prepare the pudding in hot milk along with the sugar and leave it to cool. Beat the butter with powdered sugar. Add the cooled pudding and stir both mixtures together; in the end add the lemon juice and mix well everything together until you get smooth cream.
  8. Step 4:Prepare the chocolate glaze. On low heat melt the chocolate along with the oil. Oil gives the chocolate elasticity and gleam.
  9. Step 5: It's time to combine all elements. First, set one crust with cocoa, smear it with filling and over it set the light crust and again the filling; in the end set the second crust with cocoa and smear it with the rest of the filling.
  10. Coat the cake with the previously prepared chocolate glaze and decorate it with grinded chocolate.
  11. Step 6: Leave the cake aside for several hours in order the elements to merge well, and it's even better to leave it overnight and to serve it the next day.
  12. Cut the cake in shapes you prefer, serve on plate and decorate as you wish.
