Every lady wants to look great throughout her busy day which starts with her morning makeup routine. With foundation, concealer, bronzers, powders, eye liner, eyeshadow, lipstick etc, this just seems to take longer and longer. Lots of women just do not have the time and short-change themselves by deserting or cutting corners on this routine. However, this actually is not needed.
Following the recent launch of Featherstroke’s Complete 11 piece Makeup Brush Set, clients have been anxious to get some direction on how to make everyday usage of this remarkable set of makeup tools, not only to achieve a terrific look but also to make this routine a quick and satisfying experience. To this end, they have introduced a video tutorial revealing just how to do this in 10 minutes. The video shows using 7 of the eleven makeup brushes to complete a terrific portrait.
The routine commences with the application of liquid foundation, utilizing the flat synthetic hair Foundation Brush which is utilized to disperse the foundation uniformly to create a smooth perfect look. Not only is economical usage made of the foundation but it is applied lightly for a day time appearance.
The foundation is then blended utilizing the combination of natural/synthetic hair Multi-Functional Brush which works naturally with the contour of the face and jaw line to produce an even finish. The blending is also carried through to the neck and ears.
Bronzer is then applied in a figure 3, giving the face a slimmer look, utilizing the versatile Powder Brush. This thick, fluffy, natural hair brush provides an even distribution of bronzer providing a natural ‘nude, earth-tone’ color onto the face.
Attention is then given to the lips utilizing the versatile, durable, synthetic hair Tapered Eyeshadow Brush to produce a day look.
Moving onto the eyes, the Small Round Eyeshadow, natural hair, eyeshadow brush is utilized for highlighting the eye area. This is followed by the large, natural hair, Flat Eyeshadow Brush utilized to pack on color onto the eyelid. The reverse side of this brush is then utilized to apply a different color. Lastly, the natural hair, Medium Eyeshadow brush, with its rounded shape is utilized to blend so that the individual colors appear as a single color, blending from light to dark.
With just a little practice, this simple routine can be achieved by everyone in just ten minutes.
The use of makeup brushes is becoming increasigly popular amongst women of all ages as this enables a better expression of individuality and projects an air of self confidence and radiance.
