If you look into this cuisine in details you will find that like any other cuisine even this one is influenced with foreign traders. Many people have invaded the country and have left their marks in various modes and methods. One such mark is left in the genre of food habits. One of the most famous Indian recipe is the ‘mughlai’ is supposed to have developed or rather adopted from the known Mughal invaders of the country.

This cuisine is also influenced from the roots of this country. There are too many spices available in India which is used for the dishes in this cuisine. The wide ranges of spices that are available are majorly found in the country itself and have varied taste and color. Hence there is no requirement of any other things for it. Both color and the aroma of any or so say every Indian dish is given by the spices of its own. One of the very famous spices of this country is ‘kesar’ which is almost used in most of the Indian deserts for both color and a nice aroma. This spice also has health benefits.

This is that cuisine which has spices that they can make even a straightforward rice transform into a new one.
