You can add about 8 – 10 drops of any essential oil your desire; or you can create a combination to sooth your senses.

Here is the basic recipe for a detoxifying anti-cellulite relaxing bath.

If bubbles desired, use natural bubble bath product and add to running bath water.

Add 2 cups of dead sea salts or Epsom Salts into the running bath water. Temperature should be as hot as you can stand it without scalding your skin. Your goal is to be able to sit in tub comfortably in the hot water, but not to harm your skin or make you feel uncomfortable.

Add one cup of baking soda to the running bath water. This will help to alkalize the water.

Now add your desired essential oil(s) from the above list. You may also want to consider adding:

Lavender

Used in a nightly bath because of its relaxing properties. The scent of lavender helps one to fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly.

Soak for 30 minutes.

Be careful when getting out and drying off, as the hot water may make you feel a bit dizzy.

Pat dry, apply your favorite body lotion or cellulite reduction cream.

Get dressed in your favorite pajamas and/or your favorite robe and now relax and wind down for the evening.

Taking a hot essential oil infused bubble bath as a nightly ritual is a great way to end the day, begin a restful night of sleep, while helping to diminish cellulite and have the smooth skin you desire.
